Existing built residential investment block acquisitions (10 – 100 Units).
PRS block investments focusing on major conurbations and employment centres outside of Greater London.
Residential & commercial property income producing investments.
Opportunities to enhance asset management on both residential and commercial property sites.
Established regional locations in England with good demographic profile and proximity to transport links.
Residential and commercial development opportunities.

Harwood Real Estate owns a high proportion of PRS investments within the existing real estate portfolio. As the demand for privately rented homes continues to grow, with an additional 560,000 households expected to be living in the private rented sector by 2023, we are keen to explore further PRS investment opportunities. We welcome discussions with housing developers and investors who maybe looking to dispose of their assets.
